A formal leader within an organization with responsibility for the strategic HR function. This generally includes experience as a CHRO; the functional head of organization development, learning or talent management, etc.; or a divisional or regional vice president of HR or an HR-related discipline.

A senior-level academic (instructor/professor) recognized within the profession as contributing strategic thinking and practice.
Potential members will have at least 10 years of progressive HR and/or leadership experience or possess an advanced degree in the field or in business/management, and are currently serving as a senior or executive-level practitioner of human resources.
